I'm André Morador, a specialist in strategy and project management for customer experience . Over the past 7 years, I've been hired to create and structure Customer Experience and Success departments, design efficient processes and solve specific challenges, such as improving NPS and increasing the adoption of underutilized products. My focus is to transform feedback into concrete actions that generate real results for companies.
